Terms of Use
1. These terms
These terms apply when you use the Avrit app on iPhone, iPad or Android, or this website. Avrit is made by Big Helpers Software and Solutions Private Limited (“Big Helpers”, “we”), CIN U72200MP2008PTC021190, HIG-2, M.P. Housing Board Colony, Tikuri, Katni 483501, Madhya Pradesh, India. By using Avrit you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Avrit. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.
2. What Avrit is
Avrit is a personal reminder for recurring upkeep: things you want to do again after a week, a month or a season. Its suggested intervals, know-how and Avrit AI drafts are flexible starting points for planning. They are not medical, health, safety, legal, financial or professional service advice.
- Health: use the timing agreed with your clinician. Avrit never suggests health timing.
- Technical jobs: for appliances, vehicles, electrics, gas and similar work, follow the manual or a qualified professional.
- Critical deadlines: reminders depend on your device’s settings and can be delayed or missed (for example by battery or power-saving settings). Do not rely on Avrit alone for medication, legal, financial or other critical deadlines.
3. Pre-release
Avrit is in private testing and not yet released in the App Store or Google Play. Test builds may change, lose features or stop working, and are provided for testing.
4. Your data and content
What you put into Avrit (your Avrits, notes, photos and profile) is yours and is kept on your devices. You do not give us any rights to it, except for the limited processing needed to answer an Avrit AI request you choose to send. Because we never hold a copy of your Avrit data, we cannot restore it if it is lost; keep your own device backups if it matters to you.
5. Avrit AI
- Avrit AI is an optional helper that is not available yet. When it is switched on, it uses a third-party AI service through Avrit’s server. See Privacy Policy, section 7.
- AI answers can be wrong or unsuitable. Check a draft before you use it; nothing changes until you choose.
- Fair-use limits apply, and Avrit AI may be unavailable, limited or switched off at any time.
- Do not type private or sensitive details into notes you send to Avrit AI, and do not use it for medical advice.
6. Acceptable use
Please do not misuse Avrit or its servers: for example by sending automated or bulk requests, trying to get around fair-use limits, probing or attacking our systems, or using Avrit for anything unlawful.
7. App stores and Apple services
When you get Avrit from the App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply. For apps from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies alongside these terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for supporting Avrit. iCloud sync uses your Apple account under Apple’s terms.
8. Our content
The Avrit app, name, design, icons, sounds and text belong to Big Helpers. Know-how links point to other websites, which we do not control.
9. No warranty
To the extent the law allows, Avrit is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Big Helpers is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Avrit. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your rights as a consumer.
11. Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. You can stop using Avrit at any time by deleting the app. See Delete your data.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
